For a number of reasons, first, that coin doesn't exist, Indian Head cents were first minted in 1859 (with some patterns dated 1858) secondly, cleaning coins destroys their value, especially copper coins because they have little to no intrinsic value. Any time a coin is cleaned, it loses a lot of value for a collector, a $200 coin can drop down to a $2 coin with cleaning.
