To be the king of something means to hold the highest position of authority, influence, or excellence in a particular domain or field. It implies mastery and recognition by peers or the public, often associated with leadership, dominance, and respect. This title can be metaphorical, reflecting skill or superiority, such as being the "king of rock and roll," or literal, as in a monarch ruling over a kingdom. Ultimately, it signifies a preeminent status in that area.

I don't know who "King Samson" is. There's no such person in the Bible. The Biblical Samson was a Judge, not a King; the first King was Saul, a century or so later.Do you perhaps mean King Solomon? If so, very different person.[Edit: There's apparently a rapper or something named "King Solomon". If that's what you mean, obviously not the same person.]
