there was a store in chandini chowk called Hind Stores (working till date) it took orders from the govt. to stitch uniforms before independence. It was owned by my grandfather and they were the ones who stitched the flag which was hoisted at 12:00 am of 15th august 1947 at the ramparts of red fort.
