If you like eating junk food I think you should cut down on it. You might all have already seen the nutrugrain ads. On that ad they say that nutrugrain is a good breakfast BUT it carries a load of sugar in it. Eating nutrugrain is like eating sugar for breakfast. Junk food does not have the nutrition you need to study or learn. It mostly contains fat in it. Your brain needs nutritious food for it to work properly. Junk food may taste very nice BUT it has no benefit. People only eat junk food because it taste so nice… if junk food didn't taste so nice people wouldn't really eat it so much.
