In this corporate world with increasing job demands and competiton, its obious that people realize the importance of having good communication skill but still 47% of the graduates and the working people take their ability to communicate for granted. It is found that 71% of all fresh indian graduates lack the ability to communicate though they have roaring academic scores. This is to be seen as an devastating fact and it has to be taken care of as soon as possible.
The major reason for this situation is that even from a very small age they ignore their inability to communicate and eventually can't convey what theywant to exactly to the fellow being, and people easily give up when they get negative feedback or comment on their communication mode whatever it is. this can be changed only if people buid up self confidence and a deaf ear to all stupid comments.
