completeness:give all information needed. for that apply the five w's and one "h".

conciseness: eliminate wordy expressions like use "few" instead of few in number.and you have to sacrifice other c's qualities.

consideration: use you attitude type sentences . means put your self in the receiver place and assumes that you know other people needs.

concreteness: put facts and figures in the messages .put actions in your verbs meas voice active voice.

clarity: use simple and familiar words.

courtesy: perspectives of others and their feelings should be kept in mind. do not use expressions that hurts others or irritates.

correctness: use the right level of language. and use parallel language.

proper grammar , punctuation etc.
