I have always had a very good experience with Dell's customer service. It's always a pain to think you have to call anywhere for CS but I have always had a fairly good outcome with Dell. Support is pretty good. A lot if not all of the customer service is outsourced so your sent everywhere in the world if you call which can be good and bad. It may take awhile to get ahold of someone so plan for that but overall they have fixed all my problems.
