exclude from a church or a religous community
We do not automatically disfellowship someone who commits a serious sin. If, however, a baptized Witness makes a practice of breaking the Bible's moral code and does not repent, he or she will be shunned or disfellowshipped. The Bible clearly states: "Remove the wicked man from among yourselves."-1 Corinthians 5:13.
On October 13, 1307, (a Friday, but not linked with the superstition) King Phillip IV of France had every single templar simultainiously arrested, and he had Pope Clement V excomunicate the leader and pretty much disolve the whole organization. Yhey were forced into false confessions and charged with herrasy and witchcraft. They were all burned at the stake and the leader, when he was being burned, proclaimed that he would see the Pope and Phillip at the gates of heaven to be judged before 5 years had gone by. They both died within the year.

No, but sometimes "average" means "mean" - when it doesn't mean median, geometric mean, or something else entirely.
