The difference between datalink layer flow control and transport layer flow control is the need to keep the different layers of data separate in the flow control option.
RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol): Carries the voice and video traffic and doesn't do any signalling, signaling is done by H.323, MGCP or SIP protocols. Its uses UDP to carry the payload hence its not actually a protocol Where RTCP (Real-time Transport Control Protocol) Manages the quality of RTP such as QOS Identification, Session size estimation and scaling and basically works with RTP side by side.
Routers work in layers two, three, and four layer 1 Physical (copper, fiber,...) layer 2 Datalink (ethernet, token ring, ...) 2->3 providing address resolution (ARP) ie. media access control (MAC) to IP translation layer 3 Network (IP,IPX,RIP,...) 3->4 providing routing layer 4 Transport provides error handling in connectin oriented delivery and handles connectionless delivery Conneciton Oriented(TCP,SPX) Connectionless (UDP)
In a peer to peer network, all nodes are the same. In a client-server network, conversely, the server node maintains control over other nodes.
tcp is the transport control protocol and ip is the internet protocol. tcp is concerned with guaranteed delivery of packets from source to destination, while ip is the protocol used to actually deliver packets. tcp is located at layer 4 of the osi model, or the transport layer. ip is located at layer 3 of the osi model, or the network layer. check out the video tutorials in the link below.
POP and Listserv serve two different functions. POP is an acronym for Post Office Protocol. It is the language used between an email program, a POP client, and the ISP's POP server. Listserv is a commercial mailing list management system that allows you to subscribe to or create, manage, and control an electronic mailing list.
Error Control Flow Control Line Discipline
difference between feedback and control
Data link error control checks for error in each router and end-system, but transport layer error control checks for error only at the end-systems.
Difference between control process and process control is that system control process is typically the large scale version of where process control is used.

error control and recovery flow control ppp(point to point protocol transfering from physical layer to network entities
Define staregic control and financial control
Explain the difference between capability and control.
differentiate coordination and control
I believe that servo is motorized and solenoid is magnetically activated.
Distinguish between internal audit and internal control.
The null hypothesis is the default hypothesis. It is the hypothesis that there is no difference between the control group and the treatment group. The research hypothesis proposes that there is a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group.
