Hi, In simple terms a Voice Process is one where the staff would be required to speak and complete the job or process, for e.g. resolving queries of customers who telephone in . A non-voice process is one where the primary job is to perform other tasks such as the processing of papers, emails, reports, etc.
a non voice process is basically .....in which the main emphasis is given on your written skills and,,,your typing speed and decent verbal skills.......because some times you have to write e-mails to customers and make a chat conversation with them...depends on that what type of process is going in a company in non voice process...................most of the interviews round like 1st introduction round----in which you have to given your introduction to the HR...say in short you have to tell them about your name,,age,,qualifications ... about your family....hobbies..etc.....you have to speak say for about not more than 5 mintues 2nd round your typing test--your typing speed have lying in between 20-25 wpm 3rd round operational round---...question like why you go for non voice process.....etc

Voice process in BPO refers to a type of Business Process Outsourcing, where communication with customers is through voice calls as opposed to emails or chats. This broader process has two types: Inbound voice process – when agents receive calls from customers seeking support, questions, or help with billing, orders or technical issues. Outbound voice process – when agents call customers on behalf of companies for communication through telemarketing, collecting feedback, confirming appointments, or lead generation etc. While a non voice process takes away real time interaction with customers and leads to slower resolution of issues and limits building a strong customer connection, voice allows customers to speak to representatives regardless of the geographical limitations.
