It is called Remote Access. One can access one computer from any other computer, but it can only be done if these computers are both in a network.
Computers have been helping people with their education for many years. Computers help people write papers properly, and neatly. It gives them access to math calculations, and access to the Internet where they can research information.
Database Server
That would be called a server. A server "serves" the computer files or printer access over the network for client computers access.
There are multiple connection options for a Network Printer. 1. The Printer can be attached to a Router and be available to all of the Network's Computers that can access that router. 2. If the printer is attached to Computer "A" (via USB or WiFi) any Computer on the Network that can access Computer "A" can be allowed to access the Printer. Of course Computer "A" MUST be up and running.

This answer assumes that the two computers are networked some how. This means that they are probably connected to a router or something of the sort. The way to share a usb printer is to install the printer and the drivers on the computer that will be on the most. Once you have installed it, go to control panel, printers, and find your printer. Right click the printer and choose the option for sharing. From here you can choose who will have access, what operating systems to share the drivers for and several other options. The one caveat here is that the computer that the printer is connected to must be on for the other computers to print from it.

Yes you can, but not at the same time. If you try to access your account on two different computers, you will be disconnected from one computer when you attempt to login on another computer.
