Anyone know where to find a manual for a EML Technologies 3 light motion detector?

I have a manual for the EML Model ES100TMQV3 3 Light Motion detector. My unit has stopped working and I have not been able to contact the company. The 866 number in the manual is no longer in service and their web site is 'under construction' - not a good sign!
Seems to me that they are out of business.
