Expo markers are supposed to be used on whiteboards only, so I would not recommend it.
it depends on what PC you have. on apple and windows X.p professional, if the computer is not turned off properly of you had a power , your computer will/might come up a screen saying "your computer was not shut down properly and as a result data was lost. choose safe mode to return this data back or continue normally!" You can also access Safe Mode when you boot up Windows and press F8 repeatedly on the black screen. It'll give you the option to either access Safe Mode, or Safe Mode with Networking.
Try booting in safe mode by holding F8 before the windows booting screen appears.
A boot that is frozen in computer language means that a computer started to boot but the screen froze during the boot process. If this happens it might fix the problem if the computer is unplugged for a few seconds and then restarted in Safe Mode.
It is not safe, When you thow away a computer, it sends harmful radioactive beams

No, it is not advisable to write with an Expo marker on a TV screen. The ink can be difficult to remove and may potentially damage the screen’s surface. It's best to use materials specifically designed for screens, such as markers made for dry-erase boards or special screen-safe markers. Always check the manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning and writing on screens.

This may not be too helpful, but it might work. Usually, when my computer goes into safe mode, it starts up with a screen asking whether or not to go into safe mode. Restart your computer, and watch it the whole time until it starts up. If it does come up with a screen asking about safe mode, press 1 or select NORMAL.
No they are not.
You need to try to run your computer in safe mode.
Mark the edges of safe water areas.
see if you have a screen saver and you have gone somewhere for a minute or so and there is a guy sitting who can see what you are doing so as soon as you go the computer puts a screensaver and locks the computer so when you come back it is safe and know one has fiddled with your computer leave me a message i will update this answer soon
