I was wondering if I could add a new graphics card to my system, could someone tell me if it's all compatible please?
SPECS: Processor AMD A8-6600K APU 3.90 Ghz 8GB RAM (7.20 Usable) Win8.1 x64 GPU AMD Radeon HD 8570D Wanting to buy R9 280X (on a budget) I know I'll need a new PSU, mine only supplies around 500W now and I need around 750W Looking to get the Corsair CX 750W Fully Wired 80+ Bronze PSU
I also know the 280X is a large(ish) card, I think I have room. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Sorry I posted in the answers, I'm an idiot.

Depends on how you want them to be compatible.
Computability is important when you buy a new computer. You should look at the best selling laptops this year and then buy one of them to make sure that yours is compatible. This is a clear indicator for two reasons. First of all, you can be sure it will be compatible if everyone else has it. Secondly, you can be fairly sure that the majority of computer users will make sure the laptop is compatible in many ways before they buy it.
Yes!

Most Dell computer parts are compatible with other computers (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, hard disks etc.). What you want to look out for is PC case parts and power supplies, which tend not to be compatible with non-Dell cases. As for peripherals (mice, keyboards, printers etc.) - they're all compatible.
Start->Right click on Computer->Manage->Local User and Groups->Users. It will provide you all required information.
