Yes you can delete music off of your iPod without the computer, but it much easier to do it on the computer. I recommend going to a library and deleting your music off with the computer or school computer. If you don't use the computer then I expect there is a way to do it on the ipod.
it is not possible, songs, movies and books arent removable, only apps
You should use iTunes for transferring music
When you attach an ipod to a computer for the first time it will ask you if you want to manage your music automatically or manually. Automatically means that every time you hook up your ipod it will sync all the songs from your itunes library to the ipod and wipe out all songs on your ipod that are not in your itunes library. Manually means that when you hook up your ipod it will not sync anything: You have to manually drag the songs from itunes to your ipod. Now if you want to go the other way (get music from your ipod and put it in itunes) that's harder. Itunes doesn't allow you to burn discs from playlists on your ipod so you need to be creative. What you have to do is go to "My Computer" and under the folder options you need to "show hidden files and folders". The ipod music is hidden (for safety reasons) so depending on your computer you'll need to do a bit of searching. Once you find them they'll be labeled with code letters (AJDK for e.g. ) Some will show you the title of the song when you put your cursor over them or check the file properties, but otherwise when you click on them they'll be added to your itunes library. A lot of work for just a simple thing but it works every time.
Put them into the "Notes" Folder. open them as a note. it takes a few seconds to load the photo and you can't do a slideshow, but it's your photos on your ipod without iTunes
Yes.
You have to play on an IPhone, IPod Touch, or a IPad if you don't have a computer.
It will delete music from iPod Touch, but the regular iPod i don't know about.
When you sync it with your computer you can delete it from iTunes
You have to delete the songs from iTunes on your computer first, then sync your songs.
To delete updates on your Ipod, you will need to move all of the music onto your computer and then manually reset the Ipod back to factory settings. When you hook the Ipod back up to the computer, do not update it and just add the music back.
Plug it into your computer. On the side, under "Devices", your iPod will be there. Directly under that click on music. Then click the song you want to delete and press delete on your keyboard. Voila, it is gone.
No you need to use itunes for that
No, iPod software will not delete your music.
no it will not delete it by itself but to download things that are new onto tour iPod then you are going to have to delete it or start downloading things on your iPod with your old computer again.
That's not really a question, but plug the iPod into your computer and use iTUnes to remove the songs.
connect the ipod to your computer. then select the song and use the del button.
plug your ipod into the computer and open itunes. You will see your ipod come up on that side bar on the left. If you dont see your ipod playlists click the little arrow once next the name of your ipod on the side bar. go into music in your ipod and hold ctrl and click all the songs you dont want once then press delete. then once you have done that right click on your sisters playlist under your ipod playlists and click delete. Hope this helps
1. Plug your iPod into a computer that has iTunes installed. (You can download it from www.apple.com if you don't already have it on your computer.)2. When your iPod is recognized, it will pop up in the sidear of iTunes. Click on "Music" under your iPod and then find the songs you wish to delete.3. Simply click on the song, then press "delete" on your keyboard.4. Choose to place the song in your Recycle Bin (to delete it permanetly) or "Keep in iTunes" (to delete from your iPod, but not the iTunes program).
