PULM TOP top computer
A desktop computer can be "over clocked" by increasing either the core CPU speed or CPU multiplier frequency to something greater than what the chip is rated for. This can be done in the BIOS of supported motherboards.

This message is generated by your motherboard's BIOS. The alert is referring to your CPU Cooler's fan which is located towards the top of your motherboard. There could be a smaller fan located in the middle section of your motherboard but that is your Northbridge chipset. It’s also possible someone has plugged in a case fan into your CPU fan header (the power plug for your CPU fan) so be sure to check your case fans as well.
First, remove the top plate with a screwdriver. Push the screen back, and work the top plate off. After you do that, remove the keyboard. Remove the screws from the keyboard. Do not pull the keyboard off, just move it slightly so you can get access to the heat sink. After that, unlock the CPU and remove the defective heat sink, and put a new one on the CPU. Don't forget to lock the CPU back in place. Finally, put all the parts back together.

You must be referring to the CPU heatsink/fan assembly. Modern CPUs generate so much heat that it is necessary to provide cooling in order to prevent damage. The heat sink is a metal piece which mounts directly on top of the CPU, through physical contact the heatsink draws heat from the CPU into itself. The top of the heatsink is designed to have as much surface area as possible in order to maximize heat dispersal. Usually a fan is then mounted on top of the heatsink in order to further increase its cooling ability.
Ellison Mounts went by Cotton Top.
Go to the top of your scalp and just clip it on.
on my wife's 1995 continental it is mounted in front of the engine on a clip that mounts on top of the radiator. any idear where the control module is ? its not in the trunk by the on off switch were i was told it should be??
