How burner management systems works?

Actually burner management system is s a system for the safe start-up, monitoring, and shutdown of burner of furnace heaters, boilers etc... It consist of Fuel supply pressure censer, Air supply pressure censer, Fuel control valves, Flame scanner, Exhaust gas analyzer, Load detector, LEL and HEL meters, Burner start up igniter , Emergency shutdown switches, Thermal fusible valves (some times), Trip points and inter locks, SOP(Safe operating procedures), SMP (safe maintenance procedures), Purging systems etc.... Integrated operation of all these electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, safety systems will leads to the safety of the heaters, furnaces, boilers ect...through this system we can ensure the safety of the entire plant.
