You chould checkout Screen Dash. It combines Screenshot Capture, Paint tools, Photo editing, and instant Image hosting. You can just click capture, select the area you want to capture and then you can do editing and image hosting.

Additional: Simply hit the Print Screen key (PrtSc) and then paste into and Paint Package.

For a selected area screenshot; Command + Shift + 4

For a window screenshot; Command + Shift + 4, then hit spacebar, and click the window you want the screenshot of.

On word computers etc:

1.On most computers you can use the "print screen" function. There should be a print screen button somewhere on your keyboard - it's usually along the top near the F function keys. It may be a shift i.e. second function on a key.

2.If you find the screen you want to screen shot, then press the "print screen" key. It will appear like nothing has happened but if you need go into a programme where you can paste images e.g. paint or MS Word and then do "paste" it will insert your screen shot.

On apple mac computers:

1. If you have an apple mac, the process is different. There should be a command key at the bottom of your keyboard, normally on the left but some have it on the right. It says "cmd" on it.

2.To take a screen shot press the command key, keep hold of it and press the shift key, keep hold of that and press the number 4 key.

3.Release all three buttons at the same time and your cursor should turn into small cross with a clear circle behind it, with some numbers on the side that change as you move the mouse.

4.To take the screen snapshot left click the mouse or mouse pad and drag out to make a box.

5. When your box is the right size and shape, release the mouse, and the area inside the box will be photographed. You will hear a "photograph" noise.

6.After you have taken your screenshot the picture you have taken will appear on your desktop. To make it large double click it, or click it once then press the space bar.

7.To insert it to word, open a blank page and press "insert", then hover over "picture" then press "From file..." and a small new window will appear. on the left press on desktop and select your screen snapshot, then press insert in the bottom right corner of the window. The screenshot will appear on the blank page.

Im guessing you mean take a screenshot of your pc? their is a key on every keyboard that says ' PrtSc ' This stands for print screen, simply press this once and go onto the application ' Paint '. Then press the control key and press v (this will paste the image you screenshot) after that just file and save

Snipping Tool from the Start menu.

Open start menu, Search Snipping Tool. Click Snipping Tool to open.

Choose mode option

You can choose tool mode from the“Mode” drop-down menu. choose the screenshot shape you want.

Click on New

Your screen will stop. Use the mouse to create the screenshot. The screenshot will then appear in the Snipping Tool. Once you’ve taken your screenshot, you can draw.

Click “File” and then click “Save As” to save the completed screenshot on a computer or laptop
