Are you referring to the New PS20 or the 90's version of the retrograde half dial speedometer watch?
So far as I have seen no-one has offered replica 90's versions anywhere for sale where you would normally find replicas of this type of watch. Being an avid collector or rare watches I have 3 of these 2 green faced and 1 red the two green faced ones were bought about 5-7 years ago and from jewellers and the red one was bought recently on eBay - there is No difference (Except the price I paid) Green ones about £200 each the red one £80 the only thing I did notice is that the strap on the read one is a little lighter so maybe this is a cheaper replacement.
Update: The old 90's version Paul Smith half dial speedometer watch is sold as a replica on EBay quite often. You can tell it is a replica by the 6 figure number on the back (721434) and by the quality of the chrome finish, which is not as reflective on the replicas. Most replicas are sold claiming to be in as new condition but without any box or papers.
A genuine example should sell for about £100 for a used version to well over £400 for a pristine never worn example. Always ask for the 6 figure number on the back, as from experience these appear to all individual numbers on genuine example. Don't forget, 721434 means that it is NOT genuine. There were 2 colours releases - green, red, and black.
As I understand it, there were 4 colours released of the new PS20 watch in 2007 - green, red, blue, and black. It was first released at £375 and then reduced towards the end of the run at £275.
