say no coz you tube is linked to

I don't know, that is very odd. The previous answerer had stated that you must be 18 or older to be a YouTuber, but that is incorrect, you must be 13 or older.

Maybe you need to change your age, say you are older.

You must be at least 13 years of age or older to upload videos and create a YouTube account.

Because you havent read the terms of use and privacy policy at the botom above the sign up button make sure you click on both!

Maybe you're too young. mabe your username is not an accectiable to the youtube

It could be that your to young, put a fake E-MAIL adress, or have a criminal record of miss-use on the computer. There are many other reasons but those are the ones I think are most common.

If you are under 13 then YouTube will not let you sign up or it could be an invalid user name.

I'm not sure of any other reasons
