You can login with the password that you get at the start ( this is on V3) You can click on the connection button (5th picture across on your tamagotchi) then click on PC, which then gives you a Login Password. (V4.5) Hope this helps! Sorry, I don't know about the other versions but I think the same method (for the v4.5) works on a V4 too.
