take the black and white wires(left and right audio) from the comm cord and strip them.
do the same for red and green (mike high and mike low)
get rid of the yellow wire/ cut it off (its not necessary)
take your u-94 connector and wire it the same as you would for a interphone ground cord (George Washington rode backwards yesterday, starting from 1-4 in this case.)
