Are you talking about lights under the keyboard?
If so, there should be a button up in the function keys (F1, F2, F3, etc.) that looks like a pentagon with little lines popping up. On my Dell, it's on the F6 key. If you press it, you can toggle the lights between high, low, and none. If it doesn't work, open Windows Mobility Center (search it in the start menu if you don't know where it is) and under the part that says 'Customized by Dell', you can toggle it manually.
all other lights on car work ,just no dash lights, could it be a fuse?
With series Christmas lights, if one burns out, the whole string stops working. With parallel Christmas lights one light burning out only affects that light. This makes it much easier to replace burned out lights in the case of the parallel lights.
To build a computer controlled musical Christmas lights display, you need to hook up your computer to a micro-controller, that is attached to the circuit of lights. For simplicity, Arduino is recommended for building this display.

You can customize the color settings in every model. So yes, you can make the lights purple :)
Alienware computers are the best computers you can buy with the latest technology in them. But with the latest technology, comes a big price. So make sure you are spending your money wisely, I was going to get an alienware computer but I've been looking at iBuypower and CyberPower computers so I'm not too sure if I'm going to buy an alienware anymore. I can get a computer for like 2/3s of the price I was thinking of and they don't come with moniters so you have to buy your own screen.
Coming from the an Alienware guy, I would hate to say it... yes. it is just a keyboard. it comes with a program to change the lights. it is a normal USB keyboard. In the end, I would not spend $99 on a board for a computer that unlike the keyboards on Alienware PCs do not light up... it would be like putting pimped out tires on a sunfire 0_o If you do have an Alienware PC that keyboard will look mint with it.
because you hooked into the lights ground I bet usually you blow the fuse everytime you turn on the lights check your radio ground
If you car is equip with a idler sensor you might want to replace it.
low lights
I had the same problem on my 1998 Pontica Transport. The solution was to replace the 20 amp fuse under the hood for parking lights.
It is not illegal to run through amber traffic lights if they are the flashing amber lights. Amber lights that occur just before red lights are not illegal to run through, but caution should be observed. A sudden burst of speed to get through the light could cause an accident.
AlienFx is the ligting application used by Alienware on their computer systems. There are usually multiple "zones" which can be controlled individually from the other zones. In most cases, you can set each separate zone to any color you choose and you can also have the lights respond to different computer events, like receiving a new email, for example. On the Alienware laptops, you can have a backlit keyboard as one of the zones in AlienFx, usually for an additional cost.

Start by checking the switch for the pedal on the steering column. It's a common place for a malfunction.
