How do you upload a YouTube video to your phone?

at the bottom of the video that you are watching on YouTube, there are some options and one of them is a little icon of a phone, and click on that and it will give you some instructions and ask for your number so it can be sent there.

Find your recorded video on your computer assuming it is uploaded. Go on youtube then login and click the button that says upload video. Navigate the folders to your video, click your video and click upload.
