How does one go about applying wallpaper to their computer desktop?

There are two ways to do this. One way is to save the image you want as your wallpaper, then go to your desktop and right-click. Then, you click on personalize and then you click on desktop background at the bottom of the window and choose the image you saved. The other way is to find the image you want, and then right-click it and press set as background. Those are the two ways.
