Data Logging is used for many different types of electronially. It can be wind, the temperature etc. It is used by sensors so people don't do it as it would take a lot of time and waste their time. Sensors do it so i can all be placed in the same place at the same time.

On the other hand, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) is a data integration process that involves extracting data from different sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into a target database or data warehouse. UL focuses on logging and monitoring, while ETL focuses on data transformation and integration.
