It really depends on the computer model. I think what ur trying to ask is how long does the battery last, 6 to 8 hrs I think.
just link the data line of the new computer
Not providing power to the contraption usually makes it safer to put it together, if it has power running through it one could hurt themselves.

You plug in the red cord into the headphone speaker of your computer. You charge it by turning it off and it should charge for 1 hour. Once the light turns blue on your speaker that means its fully charged and it should last for about 4 hours.
laptop should last about 5 years, a computer about 7
You should buy your computer to last for atleast five years. Then only there is a meaning in buying in computer. When you are buying a good laptop or computer you spend a lot of money. There should be a meaning in spending that amount of money.
The cord grip holds the power cord of the appliance firmly to the plug body. If this is loose or absent then the cord is reliant on the electrical terminals to hold it in place. The copper wire terminals are weak and can easily break. In the UK the 'Earth' wire, which protects the user from electric shock, is the last wire to fail if the power cord is accidentally tripped over.
There is not set break time

The only difference between a battery drill and a regular drill is the type of power source. A battery drill is one that does not require a power cord, but can only last a finite amount of time.
The last computer has, fortunately, not yet been made.
You are probably needed a new powers supply/charger. I would first check to see if the power supply/charge is working by testing it on another computer. If you don't have another computer to test, try some local computer shops, they might check it for free. My shop always test power supply for customers for free. If it comes out to be bad, then you would need to order a new one. If it comes out to be good, then i would take a look at the battery. That might be going as batteries only last for so long.
