This is an extremely vague question that cannot be answered. there are many different types of computers with different performance specifications with many different capabilities. This question would be akin to simply asking "How fast do cars go?". Even if it was narrowed down to a specific computer and model a computer itself doesn't "have megahertz". There are different parts of a computer with different functions and each has its own ratings. an example is the CPU. My CPU for instance has an individual core speed of 3.2 GHz. In today's world most performance specs in computers with decent performance ranges more in the gigahertz than megahertz unless you anted to measure it and say its "3200" mega hertz as appose to 3.2 Ghz.
