Usually the newer video cards have heatsinks on them. It may be possible for the heatsink to get to that temp. You want to be sure that your case has good ventilation and the video card is not blocked from air passage. The internal temp of the processor may reach into the or near 100 degrees C. If you have information on the card it may tell you what the temps may be. Some of the newer cards have a fan installed on them. Of course the cooler the better. It is really the temperature of the transistor junctions in side of the chips that are the real concern. The heatsink helps draw away the heat allowing the device to work.
