It is a capacitive touchpad. It does not include, and would not work with the wacom pen. The pen uses an active sensor, which is not included in the touch model tablet. If you want to touch and use pen, then you need to buy the "pen and touch" model.
The new Windows Tablet PC Surface has a cost of $499 for a 32 GB Surface RT tablet only. It also has several other features to choose from which cause cost to increase. At the high end, it has a Surface Pro with a cost of $999 for 128 GB. The Touch/Type covers are sold separately.

No. Only the Intuos line has this feature.
More Information on Issue: I bought a Wacom Bamboo Craft tablet and the first day it worked fine; I could use the pen whenever I wanted, although multi-touch didn't work. I, personally, don't care for multi-touch. I got my Bamboo to DRAW with! The day after I first got it and the day after that, only multi-touch would work. The tablet would sense that the pen was there (which I know because the white LED light turned orange as it does when the pen is near enough to the screen) but it won't let the pen do anything; when I hover or click with the pen, nothing happens. I want to draw with my tablet, and I'm looking for a quick, easy, and relatively simple way to fix this issue. How do I turn off multi-touch on my Wacom Bamboo Craft tablet?
Currently I have a Bamboo Fun and it works perfect. It also includes Photoshop Elements 6.0 and 7.0, Corel painter Essentials 4.0, and Nik color efex pro. Now the type for you can depend on your style. If you want to play around with the pen you can just buy the Pen tablet. If you want to use it just for touch you can buy the touch tablet. If you want both they even include one with both of the functions. The pen and pen&touch tablet only includes Corel Painter 4.0 and gets the job done nicely. You can also get either the Bamboo Fun, for what I said, or the Bamboo crafts for making scrapbooks and what not.
You might have a stuck 'shift' key.
Wacom brand is considered the best brand of tablet. The Cintiq is the best one by far, but is very pricey, ranging from $999 to $1999. With the Cintiq, your drawing shows up on the tablet itself as well as on your computer, and is considered to be a professional tablet. For more of an entry level tablet, the Bamboo, also from Wacom, is a good choice. They are far less expensive, but your drawing won't show up on the tablet itself. Though it is not as costly, pricing from $49 to $199, it's smaller than the Cintiq. While the large Cintiq ($1,999) is 22inX1.9inX16.6in, the Bamboo (only comes in one size I'm pretty sure) is 9.8inX0.2inX9.6in. The third and final type of (new) tablet is the Intuos4. This is also considered for professionals, but its pricing is between the Cintiq and the Bamboo, spanning from $229 to $469. It does not display your drawing on the tablet itself, which is what really separates the Bamboo and the Intuos4 from the mighty Cintiq. Whatever level of tablet you're looking for, I really hope this helped. :) Oh, and here's the link to Wacom's online store. You can purchase one from here, but you could probably find one way cheaper on Ebay or Amazon. https://direct.wacom.com/stores/5/index.cfm <------ Wacom Store
I would not qualify the iPod Touch as a good tablet laptop for several reasons. for one, the size does not lend itself to the idea of sustained reading, having only a screen size of 3.5 inches. The iPod Touch was also not designed as a tablet PC, it was designed primarily around the idea of a music player.
If you're just getting into graphic art, the most reliable and cheapest tablet would be the Wacom Bamboo. It's only about $60 if you buy it on Amazon. It's somewhat limited in functionality as it's more for business professionals rather than artists, but it still has pressure sensitivity and Photoshop compatibility (both vital in graphic art). However, if you're thinking of doing this full-time or thinking about seriously getting into graphic design (or art), you should just get a good (i.e. expensive) tablet from the get-go, so you won't have to waste money buying a semi-good one first, and then a good one. The Wacom Intuous3 is what most CG artists use these days to do digital work. It's (a lot) more expensive, but it has a bigger drawing area and more pressure sensitivity. Basically it will make you feel more like you're drawing with a real pen and paper, rather than on a plastic mat (like the Bamboo feels like). But it's up to you :D Good luck! (Huh, I kind of sounded like I was typing a Wacom ad, but they generally are seen as the leader in tablets so.. :/)
Nope, only on Apple products. Like the I-pod, I-Pad, etc.
I'm pretty sure that's only possible with the art program you draw in, not the actual tablet settings. In some programs you should be able to change the settings so that the opacity will be more transparent the lighter you press, etc.
It depends on what type of nook your using. if it is a nook simple touch then no if it is the nook color or tablet you can but only with the Skype app
The Nabi Jr Tablet has many advantages - for example, it has built-in WiFi, a 5 inch touch screen, 4GB of internal storage, and it's light weight - only 12.8oz!
