If you want to format your computer without using a CD drive it is no problem. All you need is a floppy ROM. Insert a floppy disk into your computer, then go to My Computer, right click on floppy ROM icon, and click format. Click the quick format check box and click create a start up disk or create format disk check box. Next click start. Now your format dist is ready. Restart your system, set your first boot to start computer with floppy ROM support from BIOS, then save and exit. Now start your computer with floppy support. Right click on "my computer". Click on "properties". Then click on "computer name".
1st way: click start button on the right side search for "my computer" and right click on it and click properties.
Click start, then right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties". It should be under "Windows edition".
Click Start -> My ComputerAlternatively you can go to My Documents and then right click on the address bar and My Computer will be one of the options.
presuming you using windows - go to start - "my computer"/"computer" then right click on the C drive - click on properties, it should be displayed on there
Click on the Start button at the bottom left of your computer. Right click on the word Computer and click Properties. You should see which Windows you have.
It is just called Computer in Vista and it is located on the right side of the Start Menu under Recent Items.
My Computer is inside the start menu, on the right side of the start menu is the button, "Computer" It's the same as My Computer, if you want it on the desktop, right click on the button and choose, "Show on Desktop" This will work for some of the other buttons too, if not, simply drag it onto the desktop, it will create a shortcut. None of this will work if you are using the "classic" start menu, to switch to the normal start menu right click on the taskbar and go to properties, then go to the start menu tab and choose start menu, instead of classic start menu. But you are probably using the normal start menu anyways
