There are a number of reasons that a document is locked. One is that the person who created it wants the document to be 'read only'. Another reason is that the program used to create the document is slightly different from the one you use and that is why it is 'read only'. If I want to send a document to another person and I want that person to make changes then I will send the document in Microsoft Word 95 format. This Mac person knows that most Windows people do still read, write, and save documents in that format simply because it works for them
A pointer only holds an address information (location) in the memory. if a pointer holds points another pointer then it is a pointer to an other pointer. Pointer holds an address in the memory so in that address there is an other location information that shows another location.
There are many advantages of hyperlinks. The main advantage would be to bring the user to another document of yours whether it is for sales or education purposes.
The system clipboard is a temporary storage location where information such as text or images are stored. It is loaded when a "copy" or "cut" is selected either with a menu or keyboard selection (such as control-s or control-x). Information can be retrieved multiple times with a "paste' or control-v selection. Information is maintained in the clipboard until it is replaced with another copy or cut selection or until it is reset by starting a new user session.
There are several ways to view long documents on the screen. One is to use the space bar which will advance one page forward at a time when pressed. Another is using the down (and up) arrow keys to scroll through the document. Still another is depressing the scroll button on the mouse then gently move the mouse towards you to start a continuous scrolling of the page/document.

A temporary location where information is stored before being pasted into another location is called the clipboard. When you copy or cut text or images on a computer or mobile device, they are temporarily stored in the clipboard. You can then paste this information into another location using the paste command.

It is a memory location called the clipboard. Text is pasted to the clipboard to allow you to paste it to another location.
The anchor tag, or <a href="..."></a> allows users to jump from one location to the next, or from one section of a document to another.
