I dont think you can get rid of it... but the more you learn about it, the more you can make the best of it. There are wonderful books written by Dr. Edward Hallowell that are about AD/HD. AD/HD can be a great thing when you know how to deal with it.

Go to the Design View for the table. Then click on the field name for the column you want to get rid of and press the delete key. It will prompt you to make sure you want to do it, as you will lose the data in it if you do. Click OK if you want to and it will be gone. When you next open the table, the column will no longer be in it.
Well, if you own it, just delete the table from the document! :P
you cannot get rid of bruseing if there is any, but to get rid of swelling, ice. you let it heal with time and you ice the head
