Static properties are those which do not change, and variable properties are those which can fluctuate. For example, with respect to electrical service to a home, a static property of this could be described as the voltage being provided to the property (which should remain constant), and a variable property could be described as the cost for the service (which fluctuates with the market).

Rub your head with a rubber balloon. Then you will see your hair stand on end because the static electricity in it causes each hair strand to repel every other strand.

What is the difference between static and dynamic programming?

in static programming properties, methods and object have to be declared first, while in dynamic programming they can be created at runtime. This is usually due to the fact that the dynamic programming language is an interpreted language.

What is static in c sharp programs?

Static is a modifier used in C# to declare a static member. The static modifier can be used with fields, methods, properties, operators, events and constructors, but cannot be used with indexers, destructors, or types.A static member cannot be referenced through an instance. Instead, it is referenced through the type name for example class name.public class MyBaseC { public struct MyStruct { public static int x = 100; } } MyBaseC.MyStruct.x While an instance of a class contains a separate copy of all instance fields of the class, there is only one copy of each static field. It is not possible to use this to reference static methods or property accessors. For more information please refer to the related links.

What are the difference between result obtained from ultrasonic test and triaxial test?

Triaxial testing will yield static strength properties of the material while ultrasonic measurements will give dynamic strength properties. The two can be related to each other by using various relationships between Young's Modulus, Bulk Modulus, Shear Modulus and Poisson's ratio. Static results should be lower than the dynamic results.

Can you change your IP address from static to dynamic if so how?

Changing static ip to dynamic can be done best by the ISP because they provide with the static IP. We, can try manually, but most of the times it doesnot work. We can go to the control panel->network connection-> Local Arear Network<- do a right click....go to the properties...select tcp/ip..in case of static ip...."obtain IP autoamtically" will be not checked...check it and also check the "obtain dns automatically"..rebot the pc...sometimes it chnges from a static to dynamic ip.

What is the force that static friction can exert on oa object that is moving 15 kilograms west and 25 newtons is being exerted?

"Static friction" refers to objects that are NOT moving. The amount of friction depends on the so-called "coefficient of friction", which varies depending on the properties of the surfaces that are in contact.
