That is a matter of opinion, but I would say e-machines. they have low end computers with short lifespans. Their customer service is useless if you do not have a degree in IT, in which case you already know more then anyone working their customer service so your better off just figuring out the problem for yourself. They are dishonest, and in my experience, very unethical.

After you typed in the password , it will say TYPE IN COMMAND, or something like that. I bet what happened for you is that it wouldn't accept the command. It happened to me too. Just try it over and over again. Good luck!

Why did the cruise control on my 2004 Envoy just stop working?
Mine did as well. I just happened to have my breaks done just before it stopped working, and I have yet to take it back (on vacation). I read another person had a similar problem, turned out the mechanic disconnected the line while working on the breaks. Hopefully that is my issue. Hope this helps.
