Project MK-ULTRA, or also known as MKULTRA is a code name for a secret CIA mind control program that included chemical research. It was run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. It began in the early 1950's and went until at least the late 1960's. MK-Ultra used United States citizens as test subjects. Evidence published shows that MKULTRA secretly used many different drugs and other methods, to change a person's mental state and brain function.
It's also an acronym for= M.anufacturing K.illers U.tilizing L.ethal T.radeforce R.equiring A.ssasinations.
Project MKULTRA was created in the early 1950s by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). It was officially authorized in 1953.

It was in the 1950s and 1960s, in a project called MKULTRA, in which the government tried to master mind-control (no joke!). There is much belief of a conspiracy surrounding this project. It's a very interesting topic, if you are interested, look up MKULTRA or Frank Olsen (a "suicidal" researcher for the project, who was more likely the victim of political homicide). There's tons of information on these topics.
No. The CIA researched LSD for manipulative purposes, but it proved too unpredictable to be of any practical use.
Look up Project MKULTRA. If the government would have thought it was a truth serum back then, they'd still be giving it to citizens without their knowledge.
MKUltra was a covert CIA program that began in the 1950s and aimed to explore mind control and interrogation techniques through various methods, including the use of drugs. The program officially ended in the 1970s, and while it has been the subject of conspiracy theories, there is no credible evidence to suggest that MKUltra or similar programs are currently ongoing. However, discussions around ethics in psychological research and government surveillance continue to be relevant today.

Based on the MKULTRA Program which was conducted by the CIA, spanning over a few decades. The program was initiated for the purpose of obtaining any valuable results regarding mind control, telepathy, or psychological warfare.
The US Army does not officially engage in telepathic sex research or studies on "immaculate diseases," as these concepts fall outside the realm of established scientific inquiry and military objectives. The Army typically focuses on research related to national defense, health, and technology. While there have been historical instances of unconventional research, such as the infamous MKUltra program, these do not encompass the topics mentioned. Overall, such areas remain largely speculative and outside mainstream military research.
No it does not. There are people that associate it with the MKULTRA MONARCH Slave program, and it is supposed that the bearers of this tattoes are alleged slaves under this program. Butterflies have many meanings depending the color in different cultures. Usually the wide spread belief is that butterflies represent regeneration, transition and new life. Some other cultures may associate it with the soul of the departed, often times associated with visiting souls of relatives, and different Omens and Good Signs depending on the color and where it is you see them and how. Ultimately the butterfly itself doesn't represent anything else than a butterfly.
Not officially. There is an argument, most strongly advanced in the book "Who Killed JohnLennon?" by English lawyer Fenton Bresler, that the murder was the work of a rogue element of the CIA. Mark David Chapman, who confessed to the murder, is known to have had psychiatric treatment several times and Bresler notes parallels between Chapman's treatment and the experiments on mind control which were carried out under the CIA's MKULTRA programme. Of further interest is Chapman's association with WorldVision which is ostensibly a Christian charitable foundation but it is suspected of being a front for CIA recruitment of assassination teams. Of note in this regard is that WorldVision's refugee camps are believed to be where the CIA recruited Nicaraguans and El Salvadoreans for the Contras and Cubans for the Bay of Pigs operation. Of further interest is that John Hinckley Senior, father of President Reagan's would-be assassin, was the chairman of WorldVision. Like Chapman, Hinckley Junior had worked in WorldVision camps for Thai refugees in the seventies.
