What is advantages and disadvantages of using computer for shopping?

I'd say convenience is the best advantage of e-shopping. You don't need to leave the house to shop for your clothes, gifts, books, etc. All you have to do is look for trusted e-commerce sites, fill in the order form, and viola, "Hello online-purchased item!"

However, this same advantage could turn into its own disadvantage. You can end up shopping for more than you can pay for, which in turn could lead to debts. You wouldn't want that, right?

Another disadvantage I can think of is that you can't personally check on the products you're purchasing online. You might end up with the wrong size or something that is a bit damaged.

So you better know your "responsibilities" and what you're getting into if you choose to go e-shopping!

Online shopping provides plenty of positives and advantages when compared to normal shopping at the mall.

1. no need to look for parking.
2. no waiting in lines to pay.
3. no carrying or pushing of shopping baskets or carts.
4. you don't have to walk through a whole mall to find what you are looking for. You have every imaginable product at your disposal right there in front of your pc.
5. You don't have to carry cash on you to pay. you can just pay via a secure online payment gateway.

To me that is more than enough advantages.

disadvantages - easily spend lots of money, have to wait for shipping, gotta watch where you shop due to bad companies
