ArchiCAD 17 is Architectural CAD based design software. It is available for purchase in the United States directly from Graphisoft the company that makes it.
I'm sorry, but I can't provide serial numbers or any other proprietary information for software like ArchiCAD. If you need a serial number, I recommend checking your purchase documentation or contacting the software vendor for assistance.

As of my last update, Archicad pricing typically ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 for a perpetual license, with annual subscriptions often costing between $1,000 and $2,000. Discounts may be available for students and educational institutions. It's best to check the official Graphisoft website or authorized resellers for the most current pricing and any promotions.
No, it is difficult to use the program to its full potential. It may be fairly easy to throw together a simple building model, but it takes many weeks, months, even years to fully master the program. I have been using Archicad for over 5 years and am still learning new ways of doing things. It is also full of bugs and limitations. For example, there is no free form 3d modeller, like autocad or microstation. I find you need to be always discovering 'work-arounds' for simple tasks. I have been using cad programs for 20 years, and i would rank Archicad as one of the most difficult programs to use. Easiest and fastest would be Microstation, then Autocad.
architects do make use of equipments like drafters, scale sets,t-scales,set squares etc for manual drafting but most of perform drafting buy making use of softwares like autocad, archicad, autodesk, revit etc
There are several CAD design software programs for Macs. A few CAD design programs for Mac include iCADMac, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD for Mac. CAD design software allows one to easily draw shapes and is helpful for things like house blueprints.
it all depends on what kind of 3d software u want to use. for example Autodesk (the Microsoft of 3d design program companies) makes both AutoCad, ArchiCad, 3ds Max, Inventor, and Maya. A free 30 trial of the student edition of AutoCad is probably ur best bet as it is the most general.
Some popular architecture software programs are Microstation, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Softplan and Autodest Revit. Some other programs would be Vectorworks Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture,Punch Software, Chief Architecture and ArchiCAD.
Most architects use a CAD program called AutoCAD to produce drawings; there are other alternatives out there (ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Microstation, Revit) as well but none are so widely used. Most architects use Adobe Photoshop for presentation work, some use Illustrator and InDesign as well. Then there are other specialist programs for writing specifications, producing contract administration paperwork, risk assessments etc. And almost everyone uses Microsoft Office - though few architects can use Excel really well.
