Not to be smart, but, why would you want to? If for no other reason, look at the tail pipe of any two-stroke, and you'll know what I mean. The biggest detriment to this operation would be how to get the intake, exhaust, and transfer ports cut into the cylinder. Even if this were possible, you then have to convert the crankshaft area into an air pump, since this is what a two-stroke uses to pull fuel and air from the carb, then turn around and push it up into the cylinder. Anything more than a single cylinder becomes almost impossible from this aspect.
