It is very important to document any maintenance activity. The documentation is proof of the time and type of maintenance performed.
What is IT maintenance?

· What can happen if your hardware and computer cables are not maintenance?
First it is important to understand first line maintenance. First line maintenance is the maintenance that is performed by the assigned maintenance staff for certain equipment or other asset. These are the people that come in and perform the planned/contracted maintenance. Usually these are standardized activities that are performed on regular intervals. As a part of this maintenance some difficulties may arise, or the status of the assets can be such that additional maintenance activities are needed. When these activities can't be done as part of the regular (first line) maintenance, these activities are replanned and not seldom performed by other, more specialized staff. This is called the second line maintenance. In some cases even third line maintenance exists. This will be the case when the second line maintenance staff can't solve the problem due to for example a design error or the unavailability of spare parts (that became obsolete). In this case the asset should be changed/improved, and this is sometimes called third line maintenance.
Failure analysis in maintenance management involves systematically investigating equipment failures to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. By analyzing failure data, organizations can implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, improving reliability and reducing downtime. This approach enhances decision-making regarding resource allocation and maintenance scheduling, ultimately leading to increased efficiency and cost savings. Additionally, failure analysis fosters a culture of continuous improvement, allowing teams to learn from past mistakes and optimize maintenance processes.

By having proper preventive maintenance (pm).
A maintenance policy that allows a machine to run until it breaks down, at which point reactive maintenance may be performed. I think it could also mean to rush into making mistakes/losing, without care, thinking and what not. A phrase similar in structure is "rush to conclusion". But that's just my unprofessional opinion, and it's hard to say since you haven't given any context.
Because of his history of renal failure affecting his bones and bone growth failure, Gary Coleman could not run at all.
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Not always but can be and it most likely runs in your genetics
This can be define as the way of avoid sudden failure of the equipment and to extend the life span of the equipment.
Lack of maintenance, oil and filter changes.
No. That's an owners maintenance issue.
That is what is done when PC troubleshooting is needed. The goal is to get the computer back to operational within the accepted tolerances. It might not necessarily be as good as before the fault, but it will be usable.
