I'm not sure whether you are actually meaning "wife" hack or "white" hack...

Since you have posted this answer of white hat section, here's my answer.

There are three types of hackers

1.Black Hat - These guys are considered bad

2.White Hat - These guys are considered good

3.Grey Hat - Mix of both Black and White hat

White hat hackers could be concerned employees or security professionals who are paid by a company to hack them to check for vulnerabilities of their system. They are known for maintaining good ethics. Some white hat hackers may hack a system just for fun and inform the hacked party that they have hacked it and point out you have security issues in here and here.
