You can easily use it again saving money, and it's also a hazardous substance so to safely dispose it you can't just throw it into a normal household bin.
You can solder stainless steel parts together, but you cannot use it as solder. You would need to use silver bearing solder. Also you need a torch, you will not be able to use a simple solder pen as it doesn't produce enough heat.
Traditional electronics solder also contains resin.

'Standard' solder is 60% tin, and 40% lead. There are other solders available (silver for use in jewellery etc)
Most things you delete is actually moved to the Recycle Bin, which is a sort of storage in case you want it back. If you choose to empty the Recycle Bin, anything that is in the Recycle Bin is completely gone from your computer, and you will not be able to get it back.
No. No quite true. NASA will recycle solder if old . LEAD is not exactly a clean metal it show oxidation if very old. Can it be used on your hobby yes of course.

with solder
There are many places in which one could recycle a 5 disc CD player. One place is The CD Recycling Center of America. Discs can be reused, so that is the main reason why we recycle them, it saves resources.
Cold solder joint: occurs when the joint doesn't fully melt, leading to poor electrical conductivity. Insufficient solder: not enough solder used, resulting in weak or incomplete bonds. Excessive solder: too much solder applied, causing bridging or short circuits. Solder balling: result of excess solder that forms into small balls. Solder splashes: occurs when excess solder splashes onto nearby components. Solder flux residue: leftover residue from flux can lead to corrosion or poor connections over time.
Solder is a metallic alloy
solder is use for to make jewles
A reel of solder used for joining electrical circuits together on circuit boards. Solder is made of a mixture of tin and lead and sometimes has has flux (a form of acid) in the core of the solder to ensure a clean surface for the solder to flow into.
