Yes, but the easiest way is to click File > Mail Contents of This Page. You can also copy the screen by hitting Shift > Command > 3. Or you can copy a portion of the screen by hitting Shift > Command > 4 and highlighting what you want to copy.
There is a free method using "Screenhunter" which will allow you to capture the whole screen or smaller parts of it. Just put the word Screenhunter into your search engine (mine is Google) and you can download it, and the instructions.
You don't have to. Just log into your Rhapsody account from another computer, and it does it automatically.
