The I/O configuration AHC would be the best HDD and SDD configuration for me.
I assume, like with any other type of storage device, that an SSD will suffer from fragmentation. Just like an HDD, if files are fragmented, it makes the reading and writing process much longer as it has to navigate through the positions that aren't in use.
The Hard Disk Drive (HDD) may very well have a magnet in it provided that it is not a Solid State Drive (SSD) or any other form of a hard drive.
There are a few advantages of buying a SSD drive such as less power usage, faster data access and higher reliability. You can get an SSD drive at any computer store such as Best Buy.
SSD=Skinless, Shankless, De-fatted
SSD is providing high performance compare to customary rotating hard disks. You can control how worn your SSDs are in an easy and convenient. It is not known, but it is probable that they would think they use both.
SSD is better than HDD because of its analogy which makes it faster.
HDD stands for Hard Disk Drive. SDD stands for Solid State Drive.
nah its boring tio
Switch from an HDD to an SSD.
Upgrade your laptop to have an SSD instead of an HDD
Yes, people just normally use an SSD as a boot drive because it makes booting up a lot faster as well as Windows it'self run faster than when it's running on a HDD. But if you don't mind the slower OS and would preffer faster game loading then use the SSD for your games and HDD for OS and Storage.

Unless you bought your PC or built it with a ssd, there will be none...an SDD(Solid Slate Drive) is a high performance/speed HDD(Harddrive). Often very expensive.
Post as of 11-25-13I have tested all the possible way that the Wii USB Loader (GX) v.3.0 with Launcher.Both HDD (7200RPM) and my SSD worked perfectly, as it should be.Making sure that the enclosure was properly set.But, I made another test which is ment for a more advance use. Meaning constantly adding and or removing the WBFS file off the WBFS drive.After test, Obviously the HDD must have to find the data that is on the disc inorder to prepare it for the game launch. With an SSD you wont have any slow launch speed. Thus, you will have a better gameplay performance than the HDD.Now SSD or USB?Well a USB FlashDrive is a portable storage device that most average size to get is a 16GB. Which limit you to how many WBFS backup games you can store on it. The good side is the same SOLID-STATE technology that it uses. (*No moving parts)SSD are becoming less expensive and now anyone can buy at least a 128GB for a low price.So in the end if you have the money or have a SSD than that would be the best choice.
Exactly what the title says I have an HP Pavilion dv7-6163us (laptop) i need a new hdd or ssd. and i need Windows 7 hp 64-bit where can i get them cheap?
the main parts the motherboard is connected to are: the gpu, cpu, ram, internet card, HDD (or SSD), optical drive
