The difference is that the write mem command is being discontinued. It is being replaced by the copy command and is the one you should use on the Cisco tests. I still use this command on some routers such as 831, 871, 3002, 2950, 2600 however it appears that as of IOS 12 it will be gone.
Hope this helps!
A memory address is a specific location in a computer's memory where data is stored. Memory addressability refers to the maximum amount of memory that a computer system can access and use. In other words, memory addressability is the range of memory addresses that a computer can access, while a memory address is a specific location within that range.
External fragmentation occurs when free memory blocks are scattered throughout memory, making it difficult to allocate contiguous blocks of memory to processes. Internal fragmentation, on the other hand, happens when allocated memory is larger than what is actually needed, leading to wasted space within memory blocks.
I need answer plz tell me difference between sd ram and as ddr ram
In cache memory management, write allocate means that data is brought into the cache before writing to it, while no write allocate means that data is written directly to the main memory without being brought into the cache first.
Some graphics cards have memory on board the card itself. Others rely on the memory chips on the system board for memory , thus sharing memory. Suppose a PC has a specification of 256MB of memory and 64MB shared graphics. The memory available for your operating system and applications will be 192MB. If a PC had the same specifications but the 64MB were dedicated, the 64MB required to run the card would use this memory, leaving the full 256MB for your operating system and applications. In short, shared = compromise, dedicated = better.

A person with an eidetic memory mentally reproduces images or scenes in his mind so vividly, that his mind doesn't notice the difference between it and reality, whereas people with a photographic memory can tell the difference.
