When i plug my samsung yp-u2 into my computer it says mpt connected but then it never says new device found on my computer or your new hardware is ready to use or whatever what is wrong?

Nothing is wrong. When you connect your MP3 player, it is supposed to detect the computer first. Tell me what computer you have. If you have Windows XP, go to My Computer and click on your MP3 Player. The files should show up.
