Humans can lift 10-30 kilo without many problems, but when lifting more and often lifting heavy items, then we can benefit greatly from an Exoskeleton.

People without a leg or an arm can even get certain items that directly links with their nerve tissue. This can to a certain extent even today restore functionality towards a mechanical arm or leg.

Just think about Cars, Trains, Boats and Planes how these are used to day.

Where would we be if it was not for the ability to miniaturize transistors through various modern techniques. A simple calculator would fill a big attache briefcase.
