It is important to store because these data can be damage. It is also important to have a copy of data which is called the back up copy in case a data become lost or damage. The most safer way to store data is in a USB. Keeping a file as a data is not recommend because once you want to look for a file you have to go through many papers to look for one specific data, while you can easily go into the computer to search for the data that you need. The storage of data is important so that it might no get loss, damage in any disasters and also be hack into.
