Computer freezing is common with many owners to the point that most people just shrug it off. Rebooting the computer usually helps with most of the time. If it doesn't help then you should get technical help for your type of computer.
There does not appear to be a site named the Computer Investigation website however there are a number of sites which offer computer forensics, data recovery and help with a number of computer problems.
Go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and download it. Though your school computer may have something called deep-freeze, if so Chrome would be deleted if you restart the computer.

Since I first started using Answers - way back in 2009, I have NEVER had it 'freeze up' on me. I suggest the problem lies not with the Answers website - but elsewhere !
