I am assuming you are asking why your fingers gets stuck to your freezer. In that case, it is because when any liquids on your fingertip (water, oils, etc.) contact the cold surface, they are frozen instantly, making your finger stuck. This is also why it is a bad idea to lick poles in cold weather because your saliva will freeze your tongue to the pole.
